I was thinking about 300mg of test e a week
and
100mg of winnie a week
any thoughts sugggestions? :hmmm:
the test dose sounds good but winny, u will need to take it ed or eod. Since i havent used Winny yet till this cycle im gonna do, im gonna run it 50mgs eod for the last 4 weeks of the cycle.
It all depends on how long your gonna run the test bro, 8 weeks, 10 weeks, 12 weeks? I'd personally use Winny the last 4 weeks of the cycle. Have u done any cycles in the past bro.
Say you are planning on using the test for 10 weeks. You would want to start using the winny the last 4-5 weeks of your cycle. The reason people supp. test in a cutting cycle is to help maintain muscle mass while increasing their caloric deficit. If you are 18% I think you should diet naturally and get down to 13 or 14% before starting a cycle like this. Winny will not burn fat for you. Winny just makes your muscles' definition harder, more striated and more vascular (veiny). In order to get the full effect of winny you should have a lower BF to begin with. What you should do in the mean time is calculate your BMR, Basal Metabolic Weight and simply drop your calories from your baseline. EX: If you drop 500cals a day, every week that is one pound of fat. But you should also focus on keeping the muscle you do have. Eat protein and still lift on a regular basis. I just still think your body isn't quite ready for steriods. The prime bodyfat percentage for running any kind of cycle is at least 12-14%. Good luck in whatever you decide to do though.

What works best for one may not be the case for others, but in general, dropping 500 calories/day 7 days/week will not be beneficial will it? Yes, that is 3500 calories/1 lb., but the body is going to think it is being deprived and slow the fat loss.
I believe this is why the UD2 and other Zig Zag mechanisms such as the Leanness Lifestyle were created. They all may work a little differently as in glycogen depletion vs. caloric deficit, but all are geared towards helping preserve lean muscle tissue and keeping hormonal levels in check to aid in cutting BF.
You were probably meaning a caloric deficit in general, so I just thought I would expound a little before someone started cutting their diet by x # of calories/day.
I'm a huge fan of zig-zaggin my diets as far as gear is concerned well I personally only think if you need gear to cut then something else is wrong this early in the game, work on diet and cardio
