Welcome to the board. What YJ means is that we'd be glad to help you with training, diet and nutrition and perhaps other topics (cycling) when your natural limits are reached. I'd recommend educating yourself on the potential problems with cycling too early--use the search button.
As far as mountain biking, I've recently renewed my acquaintance with mountain biking. I did a 24-hr race last weekend--that's freaking tiring, but at least I didn't lose any weight!

18 is to young brother - but as i always say its hard to stop someone from doing something on the otherside of a computer if they are determined to do it!!!!

my opinion you need to wait!!! but if you are hell bent to do it? keep it simple!! - test only!! - low dose!!! - 10 to 12 week duration - learn everything needed regarding pct

            by the way welcome

I agree with the guys. Try training natty for a while. You would be suprised what a GOOD diet and training regimon would do. At 18 you haven't really given your body enough time to reach it's potential before resorting the juice.

I'm not downing the juice, you just need to ease into it the right way and make sure that you have EVERYTHING else in check before giving it a run.

              Welcome to the board!

Thanks alot for the advice, I guess that I will wait a few years to cycle and train naturally for awhile. Anymore advice on cycling for when the time comes would be great appreciated. Thanks alot! SUPERFLEX

Ya know I agree with that. But if I gave that advice towards members then i'd be a hipocrit because I started at 18yrs old. Infact, everyone of my friends started at 18yrs old, right after high school. Sorry YJ, i'm not really helping the situation.

i started in high school and i wish i would have waited, i probably could have been a better bb if i would have waited and been patient, now i have to run pretty high doses for everything to still work well

Alot if us have expierence with most of there products. But they are also tools to go with an expierenced training program and educated diet. Without those things any supplement you use won't have anything to work with. I think that's where most have failed attempts at there goals.
