  • Am i working out and eating correctly?

    Well heres my workout plan. I go to the gym 5 times a week usually always mon-fri and take weekends off to rest and eat. When i go to the gym i work out on one body part a day. This week i did chest monday, shoulders tues, arms (biceps and tri's)wends, and today i did back(thursday), tomorrow will be legs which of course is friday. I sometimes do cardio during the weekends but not very often and i do abs every day when i use gear cuz its more motavational heh. I eat 3 meals a day... usually i wake up after getting at least 8 hours of sleep, make a protien shake with some creatine, eat some cereal with some toast and eggs or i just have like pancakes eggs, maybe toast and some baken. lunch i usually eat a whole or try to 1 rotissery chiken and some greens, or i eat some vegitable soup that i make loaded with shit with a 6 sub sandwhich loaded with meats and veggies 8) mmm.. for dinner i usually have chicken or steak (some kind of meat) veggies, salad.. and oh yes.. i take amino acid tabs before every meal and before and after the gym. I usually go to the gym after dinner and come home, shower and go to sleep and repeat every day. My cycle right now is deca and sustanon which hopefully if legit shit i take 1cc of each 1 time per week. the deca says 320 mg and sustanon is 260mg(super test 260 and deca 320 by QV). based on my information am i doing good... or any changes i should make in my diet or any thing i should add or what? Anyone know something to eat good for breakfast cuz im not really big on breakfast food its just what iv always had.

    I hate to say it but you've got a lot to learn and you're wasting your steroids. It sounds like your diet is definitely way off and I'm guessing your training could use some help too. I will be the first to say you're too young to be using anabolics already because you have much more natural potential at this point to be turning to anabolics yet. I would start in the nutrition section and read about proper diets and then get some input on getting that straight.
    To start with a great breakfast would be: 5egg whites, 1 whole egg and 1cup of rolled oats.

      what would be good for lunch and dinner then? im trying to eat stuff high in protien, low in fat, about average in calories and carbs. what would u consider a good diet plan? yeah i probably shouldnt start off with roids right just yet but i like how they pump me up its just addicting i guess.. im trying to figure out if the shit i got today is real or not. i took some and right now iv got a massive headache and my arm is a little sore. here a pic of what i got.. the deca320(left) and super test260(right)

        I myself have listened to what all these guys have had to say and have learned a hell of a lot, I'm 18 and don't plan on using aas for a while until I have matured enough and feel that I need them, I don't think you realize how much you can grow by simply adjusting your diet and training, find out what works best for you , I did and have gone from 168 last winter to 200 now without gaining a lot of fat (can still see my abs), and like was said before go check out all the info there is in these forums, it has helped me a ton.

          As far as lunch and dinner, nobody that knows me even refers to meals when talking about my eating. I eat 10x/day and I don't think any bodybuilder should eat less than 6-7x/day.

                Thats too little there amigo. And if your taking roids, they arent gonna work right. U will gain but all it will be water but not quzlity muscle. I did that once back in high school, put on 10 pounds and after i was off, the water was gone.

                So basically food is what u need man to grow, but good quality foods.

                Theres alot of good info down at the nutrition section man. Try to get some good foods in there like egg whites, chickens, meats, protein shakes, tuna, fish, milk, stuff like that. Make sure to eat the right type of carbs, u dont wanna take those carbs like sodas, candies, those nasty sugars, u wanna get in there carbs like oatmeal, brown rice, sweet patatoes, etc. Make sure to avoid the bad fats bro and take good ones (fish oils, flax oils, etc) in there. You dont wanna gain the wrong type of weight, nasty fat.

                But theres alot of good info here in the site bro, feel free.

                  its alot man but when u actually do it, its not that bad. I would eat 9-10 meals when i was builking up about 2 years ago. People would freak out, but come on they were eating 2-3 meals a day.

                      hey Juice how often were you eating? and is that including pre/post shakes? If so I could see eating 9-10x

                          aye i usually drink alot of protein shakes sometimes to even replace meals cuz im always on the go with work and college. i usually eat something throughout the day though like fruits, veggies, maybe make a sandwhich here and there(i never use mayo or shit like that just whole wheat bread and tuna fish straight from the can is my sandwhich) but i probably do eat about 5 meals a day i would say if you add it all together but i consider a meal a sit down and eat type thing but im always eating something. Im an electrician and going from job to job ill usually eat something between service calls and what not cuz i pack my own lunches unlike the rest of my fatass co-workers that love McDonalds. but my biggest thing is im just scared of eating the wrong shit you know? i want to see what most of you guys eat and stuff cuz sometimes i think i use protein shakes and powders to replace meals too much when i actually like eating real food but i dont know what to freakin eat.. so its easier for me to just read a label on a bag of protein powder and look whats in it.. its kinda like good food already made for you and i just throw in some milk, mix, and go.

                              Right now I'm at about 4500cals/day, but I even do 9-10x when I'm down around 3500.
