A buddy and I were talking about myself adding a little spicing up on my bulking stage. He told me I should go with D-bol, and purchase some kind of test. agent like T-Bomb II by MHP Nutrition, or some 6-OXO, I'm thinking about T-Bomb II because of the anti-estrogenic blockers that it has in it, plus I work at GNC and I can get a nice discount. Although, I'm twenty so should I worry about running some extra test.? If you guys could give me some advice on what I should do with my D-bol, let me know, I was also wondering if I could maybe just get some anti-estrogenic agents instead of test.? Thanks bro's

i cant realy give you advise cuzz at 20 you still could be to young for gear. but your probably not gonna listen anyways so my advise to you would be to research the hell out of steroids before tryin them. what do you mean "gettin some anti-estrogenic agents instead of test" no offence but do you know what these things do?

from your stats bro, u can grow alot more naturally. Just give it time and with a good diet u will be amazed of the major improvements u will make. Naturally im supposed to be a bit thinnner but im 220 right now. I used to be a 6 foot tall 135 pound weakling. By eating shitloads and knowing hwat to eat ive gone up to 165 naturally. The with roids i got up to 195, then back down to 175. From there on by eating ive gone up big time.
Like Rocket says bro, just do some reasearch so u can get maximum results later on the near near future.

Yeah, I just need to eat like a fucking maniac and don't stop seeing my goals. It just frustrates me that I can't get my dream physique without using some sort of gear. :dunno: :dunno: I know what I need to do as far as training, and dieting but I thought D-bol would be a starter. how many times a day do u eat bro and what types of foods? Ive helped some buddies in the food department before and theyve seen awesome gains from that. About 2 years ago a friend weighing at 150, in 6 weeks form the foods i told him to eat he went from 150 to 162. But it was sad he gave it up. But results will come bro.
As for dbol, it all depends man. Some people get/react different. What u wanna do is start of on a test cycle only. You will gain alot of its your first cycle and with a good diet and training, awesome results. Dbol is usually used to jumpstart a cycle. Taking dbol alone, wouldnt recommend it from personal experience. You will gain, mostly water, grow like a weed but as soon as your off, you will lose the size as fast as you gained it. Also good to have some nolvadex in hand just in case your prone to gyno, better safe than sorry.

I know this is lame to say but arms at 14.5inches you really need some mass... I know its tough gaining size at younger ages due to your metabolism but figure it this way... try as hard as you can to develope good habits and skills(diet gear rest etc...) so that when you are ready to use you can take full advantage of it. taking your time is the key. Back in the old "Arnold" days they always said you weren't ready for any wierd training routines or tabs until your arms hit 16 inches, hell even 16 inches is small but the point behind them saying that is that time you have plenty of and that if your keep your joints and form in good shape once you have that solid foundation you will be ready to max aas usage
I'm not gettin down on you( I competed at age 18) but taking your time isn't such a bad thing, just don't get discouraged. You spend 1 hr in the gym traing the other 23 is really where gains are made

Awesome advice guys, I'm definitely taking it all in. I'm pretty educated on sports nutrition but gear definitely opens up a whole new door to what seems like a new world. I figured I wasn't ready yet for serious gear, but as you obviously found out I was pretty arrogant thinking I could pop some tabs and be on my way to bodybuilding heaven. My problem right now is I don't have enough positive backing. I train alone, eat alone, and motivate myself to achieve my goals. All of my so called "friends" are into drinking, smoking pot, and the only lifting they do is putting the keg into some ice. I know this post should probably be in the training department, but if you all could hook me up with a decent 5 day on 2 day off workout routine that'd be awesome. I'm horrible at knowing what bodyparts to train on what day, and all that without overtraining, or even undertraining. Again, thanks for all the info, and help, I think hearing that my arms are small was all the motivation to kick some ass in the gym, and to eat like a horse. Thanks bro's

You need to look through the nutrition and training forums and look at what has or has not worked for others. You can probably find something that works with your level of ability and strength along with your schedule. Once you find something that you like then you can make a post giving us your results and we can critique it etc.
Don't expect to just keep throwing up some threads and have ALL OF YOUR ANSWERS HANDED TO YOU...
