I recall you posting about diuretics a while back. While I was down in Vegas, I took Dyazide 25mg three times a day (every six hours or so) so I wouldn't hold water from the heat; I didn't want to look puffy in my wedding pictures. It worked great...got rid of all subcutaneous water, yet didn't cause me to cramp even though I was walking around for miles in the 97 degree heat. This should do the trick for your contest prep. I ran this for 3 days leading up to my wedding day. In fact, you could probably up the dose to 37.5mg without any problems.

how would dyazide compare to lasix? Is it safer?

thanks. As things stand now, am going with a 50mg tab on thurs night, a 50 firiday morning, another before bed, and then one sat morning before pre judging
