Effectiveness

I've read about the less effective steroids now I'm looking to find the more effective ones...any advice? I'd like one that promotes maximum gains but very little side effects.

They all have sides. The ones that are the "most" effective also have the "most" sides.

For saftey I would say stay away from the orals, probably test and deca are the "safest" that I can think of. But they both have nasty side effects (pimples/gyno/water retention), they just won't tear your liver down.

I always hear that anavar is the safest oral steroid, although I have never heard of men taking it (typically for women).


What are you goals? What do you want to avoid?

Actually ALOT of men take it. Try taking 50mg of Var a day, it'll shock you how strong you get. But for guys we have to take high doseages for it to work good and it is a 17cc compound. So at those doseages you don't want to run it over 8 wks.
