I've researched that Nolvadex could actuallu reduce the itchiness of my nipples. My question is when it finally subsides should I discontinue the nolvadex, or continue taking it throughout the remainder of the cycle (regardless of any itchness)?

Continue taking it throughout the cycle. The itchiness is a sign that you're prone to gyno.

How is nolva taken, they are 20ml so do you just pop them or do you have to put them in a glass of water to desolve, ive ran a search but it dont tell me.

once you have problems, if on a cycle, i would use the remainder.
