interesting! good to knowOriginally posted by num1sonOk here was the specific case in point at my office(its great to have a place where u run and can treat yourself at the same office)
I came in sweating to death and hyper anxious/anxiety, Doc asked me what was causing this I said high levels of Tren(first cycle of tren at the time) he then said well u have "hyper hydrosis" or excessive sweating told me he'd run bloodwork just to see what else was going on just in case. I got bloodwork and everything was fine submitted to the insurance company under the diagnosis hyperhydrosis, the insurance company kicked back the claim saying that the code used suggested that it was a "vanity" code that it wasn't a medical problem but more a vanity/elective code(kinda like people who go for elective plastic surgery its not medical but more a physical looks thing) they rebilled it again for the blood work and still got rejected. Then the insurance company asked for another form be filled out with a diff code or an explanation to this code, Doc wrote mild hypertension which caused hyperhydrosis. so that it wasn't a vanity issue of sweating too much but more a medical side effect. I saw the claim for it was all codes, submitted back to ins company then they picked up the coverages on the blood work.
I asked the doc later about aas usage and he said its different than drug abuse since they are a diff classification of drugs and that abuse has to be determined, He replied that in in order to considerd steroid abuse, laws would have to change since steroids are used to treat many illnesses and that no codes have been ever been designated to deduct abuse of drugs since that is categorized under mental/drug abuse treatment not medical treatment, case in point no codes even exist for steroid abuse so 99/100 times the doc uses the codes for hyperhydrosis or hypertension or localized infection unspecified (abscess they come from spider bites too guys ;) ) so yes we are covered btw doc's make side notes for aas and drug usage not file note they keep it as side notes so that they have it noted for reference to keep their ass covered but as to not cause problems on the legal end with confidentiality

I try to keep up on all this legal stuff and doc confidentiality stuff using my office and all the laws we got as examples my old man owns the practice and now I run it(he's severly ill) so I get access to pretty much anything knowledge wise that there is and can openely and freely talk with the docs regarding use and its implicationsOriginally posted by edvedrinteresting! good to know

General/family med practice with in office bloodwork :)
BTW I want clarify one thing.. ITs HIPPA not HIPAA which I usually say the latter since most of us at the office refer to it as the health insurance privacy asshole act (since we had to redesign a lot of our computers and file system to be compliant(cost a lot of $$$) its real name is the health insurance privacy and portability act

I used that bad batch of QV E down to the last drop...one the most painful shit ever. (the T-400 was pretty nasty too) I have had the fever and chills and swollen hot ass cheek....the fever usually only lasted a day or so but the swelling and pain lasted at least a week. i don't think it's an infection but more of an immune response by your body to the foreign substance. Hope you feel better bro.

No prob at all, if you have access to heating pads use it after injects to increase localized blow flow to that area helps with absorption, give us a followup in a week to make sure things are propper and wellOriginally posted by joe bigboyalot of good info there num1son...

If it is an infection how long after the shot would you start feeling pain? I took a shot Sunday night and by the morning I had trouble walking. It has not gotten any better either. I used BD Test E. It was the first time I used it. I'm hoping it is not the gear and I just shot near a nerve. It hurts damn bad. Now I'm afraid to take another shot. Is there a way to distinguish between an infection and shooting close to a nerve??

Don't feel too good brother. I checked my temp last night and it was 100.3. I know that is not too high but it is not normal either. Feel sick in the stomach too. I barley ate in the past two days and I still can not walk right on my leg. I hurts bad!Originally posted by beefcakeHow do you feel? Usually if it's an infection, you'll start to get a fever. Many people say if it's hot and red then it's infected, but I had a bad batch of homebrew that had too much ba that gave me those symptoms.
