  • Updated Cycle - Over kill???

    All right after careful thought I have come up with this cycle. I originally planned to do deca and I'm still debating on whether or not I should use deca or EQ so any persuasion would be nice fellas...

    Scenario 1 (Deca)
    Week 1:
    Deca @ 800 mg
    Test @ 1200mg

    Weeks 2-12
    Deca @ 400mg
    Test @ 600mg

    Scenario 2 (EQ)
    Week 1:
    EQ @ 1600mmg
    Test @ 1200mg

    Weeks 2-12
    EQ @ 800mg
    Test @ 600mg

    Other supplements taken:
    Lycorich:
    Vitamin E (dl-alpha Tocopherol Acetate).....................................400iu 1333%
    Zinc (from amino acid chelate) .................................................3 0mg 200%
    Lycovit® Lycopene .................................................. .................30mg *
    Saw Palmetto Extract (85 to 95% free fatty acids)......................160mg *
    Beta-Sitosterol (from Phytosterol Complex)..............................100 mg *
    Aromasine - Throughout cycle, unsure about dosage..any thoughts?

    Multivitamin - one a day

    Liv 52 - 2 pills a day throughout cyle

    Finastride @ 1mg a day


    What do you think? I'm I doing too much for prostate health? What about the dosage for aromasine, this will be my first time running this.

    Oh yeah...

    PCT will start exactly 15 days after my last shot

    HCG for 10 days @ 250iu's a day
    Nolvadex and clomid ran as well...to lazy to type the dosages.

        As of now I'm 25 yrs old at 182lbs at about 10% bf, 5'9".

        My goal is to add as much mass as possible. I've adjusted my diet and training and I've gained a little over 10 pounds so far without any juice.

        I've done a total of three cycles. Yeah I know, three cycles and I only weigh 181..I went into a slump b/c of personal problems and I ended up losing a bunch of my gains, but I'm back on track now.

          Yo - don't sweat the # of cycles and how much you weigh ... just keep hittin' it hard.

          So, it goes without saying, that the key to bulking will be your diet. You should spend considerdable time developing a sound diet plan. Let us know if you need help.

          My thoughts on AAS (speaking from my own experience):

          - I don't like the deca sides, so I'd go with EQ.
          - I don't get any additional benefits of running EQ over 600 mg/wk. Even at 600 mg/wk, I get more anxiety than is worth the extra gains. So, I don't exceed 400 mgs/wk of EQ.
          - I like to frontload; either run the EQ at 3 X weekly dosage for one week or 2 X weekly dosage for 3 weeks http://www.superiormuscle.com/vbulle...t=frontloading
          - If you can handle deca and want an extra boost, try running Test @ 600, EQ @ 400, and Deca @ 300.

            Nice info...Here is my diet as of now...I'm going for a more of a clean bulk since I put on bodyfat easily.

            Meal 1: 1 1/2 cups of oatmeal, 2 slices of whole wheat toast, 10 egg whites and 1 glass of OJ (on the weekends I sub oatmeal with 2 VERY large wheat pancakes; it says that the mix serves 20 pancakes, but I only get 4..lol)

            Meal 2: 10 oz chicken breast w/2 cups of rice

            Meal 3: 10oz chicken breast w/ 2 cups of rice or sweet potato

            Meal 4: 10 oz chicken breast w/ 2 cups of rice

            Meal 5: PWO = about 50-60g of protein and 60g of carbs

            Meal 6: 12 oz siloin steak w/veggies

            Meal 7: Casine protein shake before bed

              Looks pretty good. You might be getting too much protein. I wouldn't exceed 350gms. Do you have the cals/pro/carb/fat breakdown for each meal and for the total diet?

              Comments:
              - Sub one scoop of whey protein for 5 of those egg whites in meal 1. Your body's been without protein for a long time, so a quick absorbing protein is preferred.
              - More veggies throughout the day .. spinach, broccoli, etc
              - Add some Omega-3 (fish oil or flax oil) with every meal except for 6. You should shoot for ~17% of total calories from good fats. Be sure to trim the fat from your steak.
              - PWO should be 50 g hydrolyzed whey, 40 g dextrose, and 40g maltodextrin
              - Sub cottage cheese for meal 7

                i like your EQ cycle im not a big fan of deca but thats just me also your gonna want to wait longer than 15 days to start PCT with the EQ id wait 3 weeks then run your PCT>

                  Also, does anyone know about the dosage for armoasine? Beefcake?

                    I've run aromasin at 12.5 mg ed, 25 mg eod, and 25 mg ed. I've found that 12.5 mg ed works best, but you should experiment to see what works best for you.

                      diet looks alright make sure you look at your protein intake tho. do not exceed like someone else said 350g of protein. that would mean thats your getting say on a 5000k diet over 1400 calories from protein alone. good rule of thumb or what i normally do is 1g per weight and durring heavy bulking cycles 1.5 grams per pound of weight. thats all on you. im about to try deca too ill let you know how i feel deca 300 and take 1cc injects 2x a week.

                        Deca is good if you don't get the sides like most do. I've done one deca cycle before and I loved it, but you never know how you will react to things over time.

                        I never had gyno problems before, but this last go around with EQ/Test my nips starting itching.

                        I'll have to look at my diet and see how I can get rid of some protein, although I thought I already did..LOL

                          if u want to run the eq and dont want the joint pains and drying out you can run deca as low as 50mg wk for lube, i have done it and loved it, i ran 100 and 50mg on different cycles and 50 was plenty. that low of a dose of deca a wk will keep the sides away
