hey guys in in PCT from my cycle, as u know i have been using slin for some time now. anyways so far i have kept all my gains and i use slin like this :
10 iu (humalog) post-workout and on off-days i want to use 5 iu in the morning after light-cardio. but my question is which one would be better for morning humalog or humalin-r considering humalin-r would act longer and can increase protein synthesis more. i did some research.
i just want all the experienced slin users to give their two cents on this !
