    hey guys in in PCT from my cycle, as u know i have been using slin for some time now. anyways so far i have kept all my gains and i use slin like this :

    10 iu (humalog) post-workout and on off-days i want to use 5 iu in the morning after light-cardio. but my question is which one would be better for morning humalog or humalin-r considering humalin-r would act longer and can increase protein synthesis more. i did some research.

    i just want all the experienced slin users to give their two cents on this !

    dont use it post cardio, or on off days. Your more or less negating any benefit from cardio by using it post cardio, your immeadatley blunting lipolysis.

          i use it in the morning 6 ius and 6 ius post workout, on workout days.

          no slin on days i dont hit the gym

          using humilin r

          just started running gh which was making me very tired, so i split the slin dose between morning and post workout and feel better not as tired

          otherwise i would be doing post workout only
