I have heard from guys that around 3-4 weeks was minimum for light workouts to take place...depending on how extensive the surgery is.

i was told 4-6 weeks before resuming light weight training.

Its really nothing to it. A quick incesion and there done. But cost like 2 grand. Recovery time i would say at the most 2 weeks.

I had it done. both times I was back in the gym in less than 2 weeks. If the gyno is really large or is accompanied with lipo it may take 3 to 4 weeks. Its not a big deal really. My insurance paid for it too :)

haha.. Was away on vacation, so I could not rant.

I am not anti-govt. I am anti getting sent to jail for stupid ass shit, espcially to protect some dum ass sports that I don't give a shit about, and defending stupid ass old records that don't mean a shit to me. :)

As far as the govt though, fuck, pay your taxes and be happy. We all think they waste tax dollars, me included. But I don't get pissed until they use my tax dollars to throw me and my friends in jail for trying to be as good as we can be. That's where I get pissed.
