  • question stuck in my head...

    wondering if when i run my cycle to end of december...then pct afterwards in 2wks...
    with proper pct, keep diet going, training as well...
    is it possible for me to keep all gains and not loose around 50%
    if its not...couldnt i just adjust my dosage lower every wk or something?
    bc im not plannin on runnin another cycle for awhile prolly a 1yr or so...bc i wanna go natural for awhile...
    this is my first cycle already 4wks in.. just doin test 1ml every friday of 300mg/ml...just wanna keep it simple.
    my diet is good as well with my training...getting good gains so far..
    as far as supplements go::
    omega 3
    aminos 2222
    multi-vitamin minerals
    liv. tabs
    digestive enzymes

    its very possible. the one major mistake guys make is to keep the same volume of training they were doing when they were on gear. as soon as you stop injections you need to start backing off on your training (not the intensity of it). Maybe do three days instead of four days...drop out those "Extra" sets.

        yup me too, i sometimes run a test pyramid on my cycles, start at around 500mg go up to 2000mg, and then back down to 250 on the last wk, then start pct when its over. i have had some good success with it this way

            would you please explain more cause i've heard of it but not sure how to make it exactly
            i train every part of my body twice a week while on cycle..but after cycle should i train only once a week and also lower the weights?

              your body only has so much "recovery" while anabolics can mask and overcome this deficiency while you are on cycle...when you come off you will crash because your catabolic to anabolic horomone ratio will be in the gutter. What would be the ultimate PCT would be to take 1-2 weeks off after a cycle and then start in with a lower volume plan. I can't give you a given prescription for training as I don't know you....but at max I would say you would need to workout a bodypart once every 7 days off cycle. That means it could be longer as well. I usually have 10-14 days inbetween bodyparts.

                hell yeah man, good advice there. I learned from that in the past, did the same shit and hard gains went down.

                  if you do PCT properly, continue to train hard, supplement, and eat right... you will keep a great portion of your gains.
