    I previously posted my plans for my first cycle about 6 days ago and after many suggestions that I should add HCG at a small dose to aid in PCT I have came up with this. let me know what ya'll think.

    STATS: 6'2"
    185 lbs
    7% bf
    22 yrs

    CYCLE:
    Weeks 1-10 Test E @ 350mg
    Nolva @ 10mg ED
    HCG @ 250 i.u's every Mon & Thurs

    PCT:
    Weeks 12-15 Nolva @ 40/40/20/20

    i'd bump the Test up to 500mg/wk

      why is the nolva in there at 10mgs a day? id wouldnt run it unless needed. i also dont think you will need HCG but it wont hurt it can only help. so good luck eat everything and let us know how it came out.

          Thanks guys for the help and the nolva isin there because i already know i'm prone to gyno. And does dosage for the HCG sound right??

              Bro, if you're prone to gyno, then don't run HCG as a side effect of HCG is gyno. You don't need it for this cycle.

                  Yeah I posted my diet as of right now and no one said anything other than i should be gaining weight with it. I'm takin in 4k a day. As far as the HCG goes I've heard so many different things. I originally had no plans of running HCG, but when i posted my cycle 6 days ago I had quite a few people tellin me I need to run HCG to help maintain after comin off. 50% say I should use it and 50% say i shouldnt so im stuck.

                    Take a look at your thread with your diet - I didn't notice any pre or post workout protein supplements etc - you seemed to be lacking protein in the first meal etc but you never answered when you typical workout schedule was in the mix of your diet.

                      Pre and post WO protein I assumed was understood. I've been training for 7 years hard and I am by no means an expert, but protein is definately in the mix. I figured you guys knew that.
