    I'm new to the sight and i must say that you guys are much more intelligent and have this thing to a science then the guys I've been dealing with. I've done a cycle before and from what I gathered I wasn't doing shit right. It's seems the general idea is to take a test only as your first cycle. I've decided to follow this advice but have a few questions. My first (unitelligent) cycle followed as this:

    Week 1-5 Test 250mg
    deca 300mg
    week 5-8 test 375mg
    deca 450 mg

    I gained 10 pounds off of this and seemed to be very good to me. But (differnt posts)everyone says to do a cycle of test e 400 -700 mg a week for 10-12 weeks. That's a big range in my opinion, i was thinking 600 a week but sice i was doing more of this total im my other cycle. What do you guys think?
    I don't have my bodyfat percentage but last time i did it was like a year ago and it was 13% percent. Ican't imagine it changing very much since i'm relatively slim in the stomach area and don't seem to have much fat, but that's not scientific.
    I'm 22 5'10 and a half 203-206 pounds
    circumference around butt 42inches and a half
    waist is 32inches
    Chest 42inches (around under underarm)
    and shoulder is 50 and a half(mid delt aroud upper back)
    workout 5 times a week
    Don't know if that will help but hope so. How much test a week should i do guys?

    in total u got 2375mgs of test there in the 1st cycle. I would have taken it equally for the who cycle from start to finish. That wouldve been around (237mgs a week for 10 weeks) or (296mgs a week for 8 weeks). The deca would have saved for a later cycle. My first cycle i gained about 25 pounds from it back in 2000. Depends on what type of weight u gained, either solid muscle with a good diet, or bulk like I did (mostly water for me).

    For your next cycle I'd run the test at 500mgs straight for 10 weeks man.
    Just remember you need a good diet to go along with this to get maximum results from the cycle. Diet is #1 key. Can't say how much you will gain from the cycle cause everyones different but eating correctly and the good quality foods, u can expect good gains.

      I would stick with 300-400mg if I were you. You know you got decent results with the first cycle that wasn't on cue. Also, if this was the cycle you did then it's almost a given that your diet was shit. I would tell you to get your diet in line for a few weeks and see what happens. Then there would be no need to double your Test intake right off the bat since it will be harder to get the same gains from less mg in future cycles.

          I'm not saying that it was complete shit, but if you followed that advice for your first cycle, then you obviously didn't do much research and I can only assume you made the same mistakes with your diet as well.

          I don't know what your stats were but unless you had tapped all of your muscular potential naturally then I would assume that you could have gained anywhere from 20-30 pounds if your diet was in really good shape (including water weight etc).

          Post your stats and diet and maybe we can help get you some better results this time.

            he was just giving his opinion! witch id probably say the same thing for a first cycle you should have gained more. your cycle wasnt stupid. i just belive in one drug at a time so you know what each thing does or dosnt do. get your diet in check (alot of help in the nutrition section) then id run test E or C 10-12 weeks 400-500mgs a week some will say lower but these are just our opinions remember you have to find out what works best for you.
