I'm a strength athlete 6'1" 25 years old 22% bf. I am involved in strongman and powerlifting and I have just recently finnished my first cycle. I am typically a hard gainer so i was after mass on my first cycle. I was happy with the results. I went from 215lbs-235lbs and strength gains were fair(I expected a little more) My cycle was wk 1-4 200mg test prop, week 1-8 400mg test e, week 7-12 500mg sust250/wk +250mg prop/wk + 20mg nolvadex ed, Week12-15 100mg clomid ed. I know the cycle might seem a little messed up but It was my first learning experience and at the first of the cycle I didnt realize what I could actually get my hands on. I experienced no side effects at all.
What I plan to do Is bulk up again for my next cycle which I hope to start in January...run 12 weeks. I need to be at my strongest through the summer (June-Oct for strongman) and also under 230lbs by july. I figure i can accomplish this by bulking in the winter and cutting the fat by july(230lbs @ 13-16%bf...does that sound realistic?). Although I am bulking I am more interested in Strength then size. This is what i was thinking about taking for my 2nd cycle:
Wk1-12 T400 600mg/wk
Wk1-12 Decabol 200 400mg/wk
Nolvadex only if I sense signs of Gyno(Ive heard you dont have to be on the whole cycle...True?)
WK 12-16 Clomid 100mg/ed
Then for the summer.....I'm not sure. 4 1/2 months seems like a long time to be on But I am considering if I get some good advice about better pct and stacking. I want a stack that I will see mainly strength gains and shed a little fat. Any Suggestions? (winny+test?)
I dont know if you need any more personal info to give sound advise but i train hard 4 days a week and eat well. 500g+ protien ed, tons of complex carbs and proper fats. When I am bulking I usually eat between 8000-10000 calories a day.
This might seem like a long post but I read in another post by a mod that said the more presonal info and cycle history I can give, the more informative answers I will recieve.
