      thats what i did. Up to 3 caps before bed. Not during the day. It makes you drowsy

        I have ketotifen and am up to 3 tabs a day 20mcg clen, how much ketotifen do you need to take and do you wait for two weeks on clen before starting to use the ketotifen?

        PS couldn't get hold of it (ketotifen) here in England but bought it on holiday in India, along with some other goodies tee hee hee!
