Quick Question about b-12

Hey I was just reading up on b-12 and was wondering what the diffrence in injecting it and taking it in a pill or vitamin form would be? And if they are even available in a pill form. Thanks

It's available in pill form. However there are those that believe b12 isn't active orally and needs to be injected. However I don't think there are any studies to prove this. There's an article on this board somewhere. Do a search and you'll probably find it.

I've heard anything in its liquid form kicks in faster. The pill form still has to be broken down in your stomach.
