YOu sound like me 6 months ago. Get Nolvadex for sure. Clomids aren't that great. I don't think they will stop Gyno. it's way better to have Nolva. Clomids made me feel like shit.

Clomid doesn't bind to the receptors in the breast tissue to prevent gyno. Tamoxifen and raloxifene do. You can also prevent gyno with an anti-aromatase like l-dex or letro.

you should start your own post. also the info your askin about is easy found with a search. are you askin about clomid for PCT or while you are on? put this question in your thread about your first cycle.

Clomid is FSH(folicle stimulating hormone) and usually used post cycle to make the testes begin to produce test again. Nolva binds to the receptors in the breats so to prevent estrogen uptake that causes gyno. But the problem of aromatization does not go away, thus you will have tons of estrogen in your system. Liquidex/armidex or Letro are better product for gyno prevention as the are anti-aromitase, so no estogen to worry about in the first place, with the added bonus of being a diuretic.

You actually want to have the estrogen in your body. Estrogen is essential to the body for many things like the brain, skin, liver, etc. Getting rid of all of it is bad. So taking nolva to cover the receptors in your breast tissue is all you need. Who cares where the estrogen binds after that, just as long as it isn't the ones in the breast tissue.

clomid will work as an anti e but not as effective as nolvadex for the reasons stated above. while it does work you have to use a lot more of it and the sides are far more pronouced. it works my mass competing with estrogen (clomid itself is a kind of estrogen) where the nolvadex is a site selective. both drugs were originally devoloped for breast cancer.

Hey guys, what about proviron? I know that proviron is an estrogen antagonist which prevents the aromatization of steroids. Gynecomastia and increased water retention are blocked. It strongly suppresses the forming of estrogens and no rebound effect occurs after discontiuation of use of the compound, which can happen with nolva, where aromatization is not prevented. Is sayed that proviron cures the problem of aromatization at its roots while nolva simply cures the symptoms.
Don't get me wrong I use Nolva all the time but I like proviron too. Its' a good anti-e IMO. Just wanted to throw proviron in there as a good anti-e. I know it can be hard to find sometimes though.
