    Hey guys I have been asking a lot of questions on clen, and bought the product and it got here today. Im going to be going on my clen cycle this next week. My question is how long before I start feeling the effects?

    You should feel something pretty much with in 30 minutes of taking it. How strong you feel it depends on your tolerance vs how much you are taking.

      Yah for myself it doesnt hit me right away. but slowly and steadily, by nite time the first couple days I have trouble sleeping

          yea man, clen is powerful stuff, dont start out too high, if its ur first time using, start off with like 20mcg and work ur way up

                  i try not to take after 4pm...funny thing is some claim jsut the opposite that they feel tired on clen.

                    I'm one of those. If I am not active after taking it I start to feel tired and can fall asleep.

                      This is true, i sleep extremely well on clen, dunno why, but yea i get tired, although i can hear my heart beat in my bed...lol
