Deca/Cyp/D-bol but am i eating enough???

  • Deca/Cyp/D-bol but am i eating enough???

    I am about to start my 3rd week of 450mg/decaweek 600mg/cyp/week and 30mg/day/dbol strenght is up but no real weight gain only 4lb i am sure its all water form da d-bol just want to make sure i am consuming enough cals to get the weight up...heres how my meal plan looks like each day
    6:00am cereal + shake(2 scoops of whey + tbs of Flax oil)
    8am granola bar and a fruit
    10am bagel with turkey or ham a yogurt and some nuts
    1pm lunch always a big meal like chicken potatoes and vegies usually or steak always some kind of meat
    2-2:30 some more nuts
    4-4:30 another big meal similar to my lunch
    7-7:30 after workout shake(2 scoops of whey + tbs of Flax oil)
    9pm 2 slices of whole wheat bread with peanut butter and a fruit
    10-10:30pm before bed shak(2 scoops of whey + tbs of Flax oil)
    what u guys think??

    You should have had all of this stuff figured out long before you even started. Why do you think I've given you such a hard time in all of your other threads (62 threads started and 69 total posts)? I'm really a pretty reasonable guy but you have yet to do any research on your own and it's only shear luck that anyone has helped you get the information you have acquired (i.e. I gladly help those who attempt to help themselves before making threads like this).

    And... No you need to fix your diet.

    See the Nutrition Section? That's a good place to start.

          holy shit, try eating more food after you lift, your not eating anything after you lift. only 1 or 2 meals after lifting and before you go to bed?

          i dont know if this is a joke or what, but if your on all that and you've gained 4lbs, give it up man, take up chess or golf! FUCK!

            damn, i just looked at your diet again. you dont eat a single fucking meal after you lift, just a snack and protein powder. "why am i not gaining weight guys" WTF.

              between meals 6:00am and 10:00am, i'd add a small protein meal in there. Add some more chicken in there, or tunas man. Instead on the peanut butter and fruit, add some tuna instead, a steak, or a chicken breast. U need more protein in there.

              All i can say is man 4 pounds, on the 3rd week. By that time I was already 10-12 pounds heavier. It could also be that the gear is not real.

                4 lbs on the 3rd week isn't that unreal. It's just been in his system long enough and his body might not be that sensitive. But the diet is horrible and all he has done is ask for answers he wants to hear.

                  how many calories does all this equal up too? Protein? Carbs??

                    It looks like a cutting meal plan to me! There's no more than 2,500 calories there! For me a bulk plan is at least 3,500 calories, 300g carbs, 300g protein! Bump to Juice, it was about the same for me after 3 weeks.....around 12lbs. on an almost identical cycle.

                        if u arent gaining weight, you arent eating enough, simple. figure out your maintenance calorie level and eat 500 over that to start. But all this should have already been done.
