I'm in the same boat kinda... my mind is stuck on hope vs. reality with a girl, for me its been a 7 yr struggle, unless u make something happen the what ifs will just fill your mind leave u feeling empty, the main thing is that a girl should like u for u, i know it sounds gay but it really is true, I wonder every nite whats the right thing to do or the wrong thing to do etc. I shoulda done this or i Coulda done that, etc... make resolution to make peace with your mind. The reason you have trouble deciding the gear issue is because the main issue(the girl) is still unresolved, once the biggest issue is resolved the rest of the issues will fall into place

This is not the first thread you've had in regards to wanting to stop etc. I would suggest that if you don't want to do it then quit. .

I have to agree. If you are even a little bit worried about it or question yourself just slightly, don't do it.
I have been on for 3 years straight and I never question myself, but then I'm 48 too.

No prob... its the times like that where i hit the gym harder, takin all those emotions and try to turn it into something positive, its the only way to cope
