  • pre workout slin

    well i am experimenting abit.

    today i took in 6 ius before i went to the gym. [ humilin r]

    i could feel the difference right away, i felt very full and very pumped,

    it was noticeable.

    i did however wait to long before i hit the gym after injection, i did back and rear delts today .

    went through back with no problems, started to go hypo when finishing up rear delts, grabbed some oj that i had with me and all was fine.

    tomorrow, i will do the 6 ius 30 minutes before i do shoulders, take in my carbs and protein in before workout at that 30 minute mark.

    i take in another meal 1 hour and a half after humilin r inject so , this will come as i am finishing my workout, utilizing the protein and carbs to there fullest once again.

    will try this for a bit to see how it goes.

    [ i am not and will not recommend this to anyone, slin is not a game , you must know the signs of when your going hypo even then it might not be enough]

    my partners know what i am doing and i carry carbs with me at all times

    Ya I tried this. I seem to go hypo very fast though. Didnt get much out of it besides pumps. I like post workout only.

      I suggest if you are going to experiment like that, you should have some glucose tabs with you........ Just a suggestion tho... I know you know what you are doing.

      I don't use slin pre workout, because I think it might be too hard to pay close attention to whether I am going hypo or not...... Especially when I am training hard.....

      Sounds like you had a pretty good first experience tho....

        You will also peter out quicker, your body is going to be trying to store available carbs, not use them for energy as they normally would.

            It is dangerous and pointless [to take insulin before your work-out].
            Why in the world would you believe that? Humulin takes 2 to 4 hours to peak. Since you want it to peak as soon after your work-out as possible, taking it after your work-out means the insulin won't feed your cells until 2 to 4 hours after you finish working-out. With Humulin you have plenty of time to inject, work-out for an hour, eat, and get the energy into your bloodstream long before the insulin peaks.

                prolangtum, it is 2 to four hours. Why would infer differently? Anyway, here's a graph from Lilly that shows the peak at 2 to 4 hours.

                  So why do I feel hypo within 25 minutes of a humulin-r shot? i dont care what book and charts say. im going be real world experiance.

                    It may peak at 2 hours, but it starts working before that.

                      day 2

                      did 6 ius 45 minutes before shoulder/traps workout

                      15 minutes before i head to the gym thats 30 minutes after slin injection, i take in 30 grams protein, dextrose/malto 50/50 shake mixed in water


                      i had an awesome shoulder workout, contrary to what others say i was full of energy, and pushing myself fucking very hard.

                      did not go hypo so my timing of the slin before workout is right [humilin r]


                      humilin r 's next peak is about 2 hours after inject, just when i am getting done with my workout

                      so i take in another shake 60 grams protein ,dextrose/malto mix 50/50

                      will do this for awhile and see for myself how it goes,. everyone is different

                      the biggest test will be tomorrow

                      leg day, we have a guest coming to workout with us tomorrow so we like to break them in right lol

                          no , still here

                          i did 6 ius 45 minutes before legs yesterday, followed the same setup as the day before

                          did not go hypo, my partner is doing the same with same results.

                          i really like it , but will be dropping slin alltogether here shortly, been running it for 4 weeks

                          will take some time off of it, specialy when i resume running the l-igf1


                          log i would run post workout only!! but when running r i like the pre workout setup
