Start off taking it only at bedtime for a few days until ones body gets "used to" this medication. During this time dizziness or headaches may occur.

SO yes this drug is prob the reason you are having issues... I won't lecture you but we should all check up on side effects of any drug we take before taking it in order to be prepared on what to expect, even drugs prescribed by a doctor
