Is there any harm or benefit to adding extra estrogen solubilizer than the normal 1ml for the 5 carts of syno... like if you used 1.5mls, I know 1 ml is enough but what if the concentration level is varied, would more of the solution be a better thing?

I doubt it would remove anymore estradiol than normal.

that would depend on what your using as a "solubilizer". With lye it will not make much differnce if any. with some of the tertuary bases more will remove slightly more estrogen then the normal amount but I doubt that its worth it.
