How do pill forms of pct compare to liquid forms?

  • #2
The liquids at superior-research are just like the pills, but in liquid form.

because liquid is directly absorbed into the bloodstream starting in the mouth while a pill has to be desolved and digested before u can start to absorb it

I was under the impression for that to be possible, that it would have to be based in a hydroxy propyl beta cyclodextrin delivery carrier. Perhaps skyefire or spidey can verify.

if its the same compound they should be equal.

im pretty sure there is no different, our bodies do not digest anything really in the mouth except small amounts of carbohydrate in the form of starch (~5%) by salivary amylase and some fat (tiny bit) by lingual lipase. You can directly absorb into the blood stream just b/c it's a liquid, it has to be processed. pill = liquid...except liquid tastes good ;D

Wouldnt a liquid be a bit faster since a pills has to desolve before it can be absorbed but it would be a difference in a minute or so depending on the pill and what its made of besides the active substance, but thats just my thought on the physicall bit there probably someone here who has a answer on the chemical part of it. :drunk:

I haven't found liquids to be equal to pills. i am not sure of the reason honestly but I have tested this recently since I am VERY prone to gyno and there was a difference.

Yes Marcus, in terms of sheer surface area, the aqueous solution would be absorbed slightly faster, but i doubt it makes a very big difference
