Durestride

I heard that durestride is replacing finasteride on superior-research. Is that true? I have some friends that have had a better experience with that and reccomend that over finasteride.

I believe you mean dutasteride. If this is true, then i'll be very happy. Dutasteride is shown to effect both the type 1 and type 2 5-ar enzyme. Whereas finasteride only effects the type 2 enzyme. In laments terms, means it's much more effective in controlling dht conversion, which means better results for hair loss prevention, acne and prostate.

There is no such thing as durasteride. Only dutasteride (avodart).

the more it controls DHT conversion, the more it will effect your sex drive, so keep that in mind as well.

DHT controls your libido. But if you take too much, it deactivates the enzyme to convert test to dht, therefore your libido decreases.
