    what kind of gains could i expect to get and KEEP from using 20 mg of dbol everyday for 6 weeks with a 3200 calorie a day clean diet with a good workout regiment... i am 5'11" 160lbs... thanks

    none... dbol only cycle is a waste... at 160 you should be able to gain plenty with a good diet... why dont u post that instead of looking for gear for the answer

      you will gain weight bro, but mostly water. But as soon as your off the dbol your gonna shrink as fast as you gained it because ive done that in the past back in late 2000. I learned through trial and error.

      The best way to do it is by taking it with some test. Like SloppyJo says, with a good diet at your weight you can still make awesome and good gains.

        5-11 at 160 is thin you are far from need AAS to gain wgt... Honestly get a good diet some good training and you will add lbs on quickly and keep them where with the d-bol the moment you quit the gains will vanish, It is though kool to see u asking questions, but so many of us have made mistakes that we can pass on the exp to younger people to lifting and AAS

            well you will gain some, contrary to popular belief a dbol only cycle can be ran and ran fairly well however the advice above is good, at 160 you should rethink starting steriods. If your going to do it anyways at least go read this

              follow proper PCT and keep traing hard, eating right, supplement, you can keep large majority of gains.

                8-10lb kept if ran well from what I've heard and read. You're going to be alot bigger than that during cycle due to water weight obviously, but you can keep some of your gains if you train and eat well with proper pct after your 6 wk's on.

                I have a similar build and after just a year of natural training (I was 155lb at n inch taller than you) I gained 20lb of mostly muscle mass. My body fat is significantly lower and this is almost all due to eating better/more while training. Wait atleast a coupla more months before cycling and do some research in the meantime.
