is this a good first cycle?

Been reading around the forums and was wondering what you'd guys recommend for a first time user. What I'm planning on doing is a test-e cycle at 500mg a week. Is it a good idea to include another steroid along with test-e for frontloading purposes? Is there anything else I might need?

test E 500mgs a week is what id recomend. how many weeks you gonna run it? do you know about PCT? almost forgot how old are you?

that was my first cycle, id say run it for 10-12 weeks, not any longer

no need to front load on your first cycle, i did test cyp at 500 mg, worked great

Looks good. Just be sure to have nolvadex on hand just in case you have estrogen issues, and don't forget about Post Cycle Therapy (PCT)

As the other bros said, 500 mg is an adequate dosage for a first cycle.

However i'd run an AI as opposed to a SERM...especially since i'm personally prone to gyno...having had prepubertal gyno.
