    Hey everyone I have been doing research for a good first cycle for a while now. The most common and basic one that I see is 500mg of test-e for 12 weeks. I have heard that some people throw in some dbol with this, what would you guys recommend?

    I would recommend to keep it simple. Use only test this time, that way you will know what effects test give. Maybe next time you can add dbol. I'm on my first test-cycle right now, using 250mg test enanthate every week and 25mg dbol every day. Great gains. Ok, so I didn't follow my own advice. ;)

      Go with the test only cycle... You can choose between 250-500 mgs per week for your dosage.. You may do great at 250, you may not, everyone is different.. I also like first timers to try test only at 200mgs twice a week.... As you can see, lots of ways to do it, but I wouldnt go over 500mgs for your first gig..

      Now more importantly.. What are your stats?? Age, weight, height, yrs training, DIET=Most Important..

        Test/ Eq cycles for 10-12 wks are great cycles. simple and effective.

            Thanks for the advice guys. I guess I will just keep it simple by just using 500mg of test-e for 12 weeks.
