the primary side effect i have heard and noticed is mild headache but this goes away and could be dose related.

I experienced dry skin and a decreased sex drive for awhile when I was taking too much letro, but then I adjusted to a lower dose and had no noticeable negative sides from that point on.

I do belive letro is too strong for most cases. I am only using it because I already baught it. But you have to remeber that estrogen is needed to work with test in building muscle. I only take .25mg eod. I was at .5ed and the sides weren't worth the little extra water loss. The more I dropped down my dose the better I felt and my gains started increasing. I am not prone to gyno at all, so next time I'll probably even skip liquidex and just go with Tamox.

I use nolva throughout cycle. Is there any issues with staying on nolva for a long peroid of time. (10 months)

Nolva is hepatoxic to your liver and also lowers igf-1 levels.

your looking for milk thistle... natural liver support, u can find it at any nutrition store... or walmart for that matter

That would help some, as would N-acetyl cysteine, Alpha Lipoic Acid and milk thistle. Emphasis on the milk thistle.
