iv been on a 500mg/450mg sus/deca a week cycle going on for about 3 weeks now. I started my cycle at 250/300 sus/deca the first couple of weeks to get my body used to it. I notice it getting really hard to sleep at night and i get heat flashes. Iv shot up in weight and size but these past couple of days iv just been feeling weak. Yesterday at the gym i was on chest exercises and i started with flat bench. I put on the same amount of weight i did last week and it seemed alot heavier and i got less reps than the week before. Its kind of like im at a standstill this week because i usually add at least 10lbs of weight to every exercise every week because of my strength going up. I seem tired during the day as well and i know its from not getting that much sleep during the night because i got energy. But during the day or when i go to the gym its like im weak as hell. Any suggestions or information would help! thanks. My diet also hasnt changed just my sleep i guess but could it be the roids just weakening me or what?

If you think that steroids are "weakening you" then you have no business using them.
You also have no business using them if you refer to them as "roids".

severedties.. thats the most bullshit iv ever heard... shouldnt be using them if you refer to them as roids? well sorry im not down with all the cool slang shit like gear, juice and what not.. plus im asking for advise not people to be an asshole. there was a time when you didnt even know what the hell those two little things hanging from your cock was.. but you were told!!!! i mean yeah i try to shortcut cardio by not doing cardio and trying more intense workouts to burn fat instead of running which is so boring to me. But like i said on the other thread... I decided to change and start cardio. Iv also changed my diet recently. You dont know my fuckin life... I go to college and work at the same fuckin time. The only way i go to the gym is by making time which i could be using on my studies or sleeping which im taking a few days from going to the gym to do that. I dont care how young or old i am or if i should really be using "ROIDS" or not, but i am! Whether or not if i die in the end, grow a third arm, get a hairy hand from jacking off.. "ITS MY CHOICE". I want to achieve the perfect bod like everyone else here and by all means ill do whatever it takes and since iv been told that means proper diet and cardio, by fuckin god i "WILL" do that. iv been feed obviously alot of bullshit from talking to people in the gym and online about getting cut and using "ROIDS" oh wait "gear" sorry forgot that sland shit again, diet, exercise and figuring out later its all bullshit. IM SO fuckin sorry i dont know alot of things about this sport but like everything else iv ever done in my life and achieved, I WILL LEARN and im not a quitter or give up because something is hard, im the kind of person that loves a challenge and will do whatever it takes. I used to hate working out on legs and only did upper body and then look deformed because i got fuckin stick figure legs.. I eventually got into the routene of doing legs along with upper body. now i look evened out... This cardio shit i hate probably a little less than legs but once i start a routene of something its easy to stick with and make it a habbit each time i go to the gym. Im not perfect and i dont know everything there is to know about bodybuilding and from what people been telling me i dont know shit but i dont need to get flamed and shit for little knowledge of something. I simply need to be informed. not being told i eat like a 90 year old women which seems to be the saying that guy uses in every thread where he finds someone eating improperly and uses the old lady thing as a laugh but for the some of us that actually want to learn the shit, thats just childish and unecessary.

If you are going to do it anyway, and are going to ignore everybody’s advice then do it. Quit asking for our help. Watch your gains vanish, and watch as you don’t get cut and bulk at the same time. You seem to have made up your mind about what you are doing already. So quit wasting our time. You may not be a quitter, but you sure as hell are taking a lot of shortcuts. If learning was so important to you, as you claim it is, then you would have taken the time to learn before you put your body in jeopardy. You just started working legs, and you are using steroids?
IMO you are a tool. This will be the last response you get from me, and it seems if you keep up with your current idiocy, nobody will be giving you advice either. If you are going to ignore what everyone is saying anyway, then just continue doing your dumb shit.

You have just decided to go ahead and inject harmful (if not used properly) drugs into your body after we've told you that you have too much to learn about diet etc beforehand. I recommend that you stop your "cycle" and save it for a few months down the road once you've learned the ropes of nutrition etc. You'll get much better results if you do. Stick around here for a few weeks and read, read, read and you'll figure out what I'm talking about.
Then, once you've found a proposed diet that you think might be good post it up and we'll help you out. You're just asking questions that can easily be avoided by doing research. If you want to "be the best" then learn some shit before you start your "roids!"
Also, use paragraphs if at all possible for different thoughts. Your post are VERY difficult to read.
