  • Diet for strength...

so i been thinking back to my very 1st cycle back when i was a youngin. Great cycle, blew up like a fish (diet) but that was ok cuz all i wanted was strength, and strength went through the roof. im a natural 170 or so, but was walking around at 200-205 for a couple years b/c of the aas/diet, and the type of results i was after.
Been a couple years since i didn anything now, and i want to gain strength w/o much wieght gain, and want to know what you guys think is the best way for this.
Now when i say not much wieght gain i am talking about the end result, example, i do not mind blowing up a few pounds (water/fat/muscle) and then shedding the water/fat afterwards if that means dramatic strength.
Now i know i wont blow up like i did the first time b/c my receptors arent virgins anymore, but what my question is, is would my strength gains be more dramatic and longer lasting if i were to, bulk up 10-15 pounds and then shed the excess after, or if i keep my wieght/diet consistant and used milder stuff to keep bloat off?
I really didnt mind the water, i mean isnt muscle like 90% water anyways? it was great for strength and i didnt mind the bear look either.
Im probably gonna use test/dbol maybe deca also no matter which way i decide to go with diet. My main concern here is diet. Which diet would be best for dramatic strength. My 1st cycle was test/dbol and gained 25 pounds, but ive also used test/deca/dbol and used it as a cutter (best cycle ever), just tweaked the diet is all.

i would follow a high calorie diet. big protein and big carbs (good carbs, not junk food). also use good fats like omega 3's
