    Well lately I've really done tons of research regarding GH and slin, the slin I still need more work with but the gh I've got it down to a few simple variables

    I've read posts about people having sides with gh(forearm pain etc) as low as 4 iu's ed, so now I was thinking wether or not I would get any benefit from starting at 2iu's ed at first then ramping up until the sides become too much, as in first month 2 ius 2nd month 4ius etc... This way I will be safer my first gh run and know at what IU level I will have no side effect issue.-sound ok?

    So now the 2nd q is would i also need to ramp up my t3 along with the gh or keep it constant at 25mcg( I usually run this dosage)

    Finally will there be any gain at the 2 iu level, also would it make more sense to run 4iu one day next day off then 4 iu the day after, we have several articles floating around on the eod dosing, I've also see other posts that suggest the same thing

    there are many theories about GH. the only one i know for sure works is the good old fashion ED. i think for most (not all) 2ius a day isnt enough age will be a factor the older you are the better it works. id start out at 4ius a day split up of coarse. T-3 at 25mcgs will be fine i know some that go 50mcgs also with no problems that they ever told me about. whats your age? and how long you gonna run it?

      25 and I'm planning on 5months, combined with 750mg enanthate and 500mg deca for those 5 months, then at month 3 goin upto 1gram each week of test and 650mg deca

        I would do some research on here and some other places. I can't remember right now where to look, but I think you produce 20mcgs of T3 daily at a younger age(under 30 at least). So you can take that into acounts as to how much you run. I know most that run it ramp up to around 100mcgs a day.

          I had numb hands for 3 months on about 2iu's per day...we are all different in our reaction to sides. I always seem to fall on the highly reactive side to drugs which means I can't or don't need to use that much of them.

            yah im sensitive as well, I don't need much of anything to see postitive gains
            Yah I'm gonna run with it... and ramp up and see what I can handle

              I learned recently that the growth effect of GH has a correlation to the levels of insulin in your body.
              I dont know how well this transfers to the average bodybuilder since its related to conclusions drawn from humans that have pathological conditions that force these symptoms.
              This suggests though, that you should combine the two for maximum growth. At wich ratio I have no idea though. :(
              But you were just looking to cut anyway right. :)

                No i'm bulking... but Im still researchin the slin option to run with it, trying to get time frames set, etc
                oh and 12.5mcg is all I would need of the t3

                  you could start the GH at 2iu and see how it goes. the 25mcg T3 should be sufficient thruout. study up on the insulin before use. it could be very dangerous if not done precisely.

                    Yah i've been researchin slin for months now and for me the only thing I have to get down is a post workout eatin schedule...I workout late so thats just the issue I'm dealing with, yah I know I'm takin my time makin the slin choice but I dont want to mess up or anything of the sorts

                      Just wondering why you will be running 1gram of test and 650mg deca per week if you don't need much to see gains.

                      I plan on starting my GH in December. What kind are you going with?? I alslo think i am going to start at 2iu per day and then bump it up from there. When do you plan of starting?

                        I'm gonna run JIN, well the test I normally run at 700ish a week(btw i run all year) then I pyramid up and down thats the reason for the increase every couple months, my body will get used to the 750 so I up it then ramp down, seems most effective for me

                          you definitely dont wanna get up to 100mcg a day if you gonna go for 5 months. 100mcgs is for a short 6 week cycle of T-3 not 5months
