What are the differences between IGF1lr3 and IGF, is it just the administration? or the actualy yielded results

Long R3 IGF-1 is an 83-amino acid peptide whereas IGF-1 is a smaller peptide. The IGF-1 molecule, when elongated and R3-modified, has the property of resisting "binding", something similar to testosterone binding, which basically makes the molecule useless. Long R3 also has a longer half-life.
