    hi I am new to this site and i am trying to find out some information. I have taken deca-durabolin about 6 months ago. I did a 10 week, 1cc a week cycle when I was 18. I gained alot of size and strength. I want to do another cycle because i have lost alot of size and strength over the last 6 months. I have not been working out constanly either or eating rite for about two months. I am now back to my 5 days a week in the gym, and now have a great diet. I want to gain my size and strength back. SHould I do another cycle of deca-durabolin? In a higher dosage? Im not sure what to do. Thanks

    Gain it back naturally before you even consider a new cycle. :)

      i agree with Arralou. U will be amazed how good results u will get from a good diet. You can gain it all back and even beyond what u gain if u eat and train right.

      Another thing i wanted to ask, it was best to have done a test only cycle bro, or added some test in there. Deca alone is a no no.

      Also, did u take some PCT (Post cycle Therapy).

        I look at gear this way, it should only be used when everything is running correctly and inline, diet rest and training.

          well said. and for best results with deca go with at least 2mg per pound of bodyweight.

            how old are you? at 18 you have no biz using any steriods let alone one that can cause permement damage to adalesents. and more info is needed anyways, 1cc of what. I would stick to the training and forget the steriods for now until your older

              as a first post y ask about gear? why not ask if your training diet and rest schedule are in order first? thats where the bulk of errors usually lie

                what kind of diet and rest schedule should I be on? I get about 10 hours of sleep a night and eat 4 meals a day right now. my diet consists of mainly carbs and protein. Does thast sound alright? Im pretty much an amature in training, ive been training for about a year and a half, but have slowed down in the last couple months. What do you think I should do? Also I work out 5 days a week with no cardio exercise.

                  u will need more eating bro. But thats cool, start off slowly, make time throughout the day to split your meals.

                  If you've been training for a year and a half, u still got alot of gain naturally with diet.

                  Theres no need for gear right now amigo.

                      you should check the nutritional forum... there's tons of sample diets that ppl have put up on here... tons of good info... get your diet down, then worry about gear later, u can easily put on 10-20 lbs in a year with a good diet
