  • One bad day?

When dieting I try not to have more than one cheat day per 10, and my cheat day isnt bad its just more clean cals with one cheat meal.
So now I'm wondering when bulking what if you have a bad day, as in something long these lines... come home from the office and just nap for a few hrs skipping 3 meals..., I realize its only one day but still when I eat a little more on my dieting days i feel a lil "heavier" and when bulking if i nap too long I feel bad or "smaller" since I didn't get the extra meals in?
any truth... I'm not talkin bout every day but every few weeks i can't help but nap my ass off

Try to avoid those days. When one of those days comes along dont stress over it. Just pick yourself up and get right back on track. Dont let those kinda days turn into the norm though.

Yah just once every few weeks i find my self catching up on sleep and skippin a few meals maybe once or twice a month if that, when I wake up i try to pound a lil extra more down, even though I know my body can only handle so much, I think fatigue sets in every once a while for me

thats like a night of sleep for me sometimes. I have to keep my naps under 30 minutes otherwise I can't sleep at night.

When I'm training hard, if I get anything (even 30minutes) less than 8hrs, I'm shot the next day. I guess everybody's a little different, but I need the time for rest and recovery really badly.

Damn, thats not a nap, thats almost a nights sleep. Right after work? What time do you get home 1:00 PM. IF I nap more then 1 hour on a weekend (with my 2 year old daughter) I usually can't get to sleep that night.
