Has anyone heard any legitimate stories about people getting in trouble with the authorities for buying fina carts? I know rumors of this kind can get swirling on the boards so I wanted to see if anyone has heard some true accounts of this happening. If you do get visited, what crime could you get charged with if you only have possession of the carts and nothing else?

possession of carts is nothing honestly carts are sold by the thousands a day... really hard to keep up with, once u mix it, thats when it becomes illegal, syno is the same way too

the carts are not yet illegal to have, however using it in any manner other then the labeled usage is. That said they really don't care about homebrewers, they do care about people that sell and that is the only time I know of that someone has been charged with have fina pellets, they were caught mass producing.Originally posted by jterry16Comment

Remember there is a paper trail with your name whenever you buy a cart. And i'm sure there's people watching. And if you aren't a farmer, i'm sure you go down in a database. Not saying you'll get in trouble, but i'm sure they're watching large orders.Comment
