    Hey everybody... I am in the Army and we are always doing PT(working out) at 6am in the morning and I want to have that extra energy rush I am mostly drained all the time. I have a pretty good physique and I work out on my own after work also. Do you guys suggest Clen for this to be energized, get even more ripped and keep on developing muscle?

    If your lookin for energy i think an ECA stack would prob work out better for ya. Clen needs to be cycled 2 weeks on 2 weeks off so its not really a great longterm energy booster. I belive ECA's can be takein for much longer periods of time with no probs [could be wrong there] plus their pretty cheep.

        I would stikc with ephedra also. Between the clen having to be cycled and it being illegal without a script it's a big head ache. Also it can cause bad cramps.

          you'd be better off with a cup of coffee ....clen makes a lot of people tired, some even take a nap after taking clen ...I personally have better results with an eca ....even a red bull will work ...

              i agree. if you've never taken ephedrine you may not like the wired feeling it gives especially when stacked with caffeine and asp.
              200mgs of caffeine should give you the "boost" you need.
              but if you do go with eca then cycle it too.

                Clen is for the more serious lifter. It is a great product. But if you dont know what your doing, prob not a good idea to mess with it.

                  from my own experiences, a cup of coffee works better for me than clen, plus PT is longer distance running from what ive heard(my buddy is NROTC marine corp option), and when on clen u should try and sick to slow cardio

                    when i have fluids in my body other then water... such as coffee I will throw up if i work out too hard. I dont love to run but I have to for the army. WHat happens if you dont cycle clen? Thanks for all the suggestions I appreciate it

                        Hi! Not cycling clen will eventually lead to it losing it's effectiveness; clen is classified as a "beta-2 agonist" which means it only attaches itself to certain receptors in the body. if you don't cycle clen these receptors get "dirty", and will stop responding to the drug. (BTW, I just TOTALLY gave you the bare-bones synopsis so i wouldn't take up four pages with a science lesson lol). due to clen's half life i would personally recommend one week on/one week off. this is a long enough period to avoid receptor downgrading but is not so long that you experience a "crash" (more common with a 2 wk on/2 wk off cycle.)                           ya clen makes me tired also until i start moving around than my heart starts to tick like crazy. you can use ketotifen or benadryl to up grade your receptors. 75mg a night for the third week with benadryl or about 2mg a day of ketotifen.

                            not a clen fan! you need to try ephedra and see how it makes you feel before taking clen. they have a lot of the same side effects. clen will cause you to cramp, headaches, nervous shakes, raise in body temp, and your heart to race like crazy. doing what you are talking about with long running, I would be scared of cramping or even having a heart attack while taking clen. Did not like the way it made me feel, I gave mine away.
