  • Quesions on next cycle?

    I was originally going to do a deca/sustanon cycle again since it works best and blows me up. But, yes i do only weigh 160 and have done a couple cycles and haven't been eating well at all and have gotten over a sickness last month and want to get serious again eating healthy and nutrititional. But, i was also thinking about doing a winstrol/sustanon cycle instead b/c i have cut down in size and weight to being pretty cut and keeping alot of my strength. I was wondering if i would be better off taking the win/sust instead of deca/sus. My main things i am looking for....i wanna get as big as possible gaining size, BUT also keeping that cut and getting more ripped. Please help me out if you think being at my weight and size would be pointless taking winny since it is more of a cutting steriod. PLEASE HELP! Thanks

    winny dosnt make you loose weight! if you want size go with the test/deca way. post up your previous cycles and lets get a diet up also and try to figure out why your only 160?

          Puma's recipie for sucess:

          200mg Anadrol/day
          150mg Dbol/day
          60mg M1T/day

          Run for at least 16-20 weeks, then report back your progress. If your not growing enough, you can double the M1T, its a prohormone, it can't really hurt you. Make sure to have at least 2-3 vodka martini's per night too, that can do nothing but help.

          With this cycle you don't have to eat right, shit you don't even have to go to the gym. Just sit around and grow.

          Oh, and make sure you have your will up to date as well. :)

                  post up your past cycles and diet bro so we can help you out.

                  I'd personally go with test e alone. As for gaining size just eat the right foods man, diet is what makes u grow. You can train hard but without rest and diet you wont be gaining anything. Just eat right and clean and you will grow.

                        in all seriousness, try cleaning up your diet...yes, AAS will do wonderful things for your physique, but if you tried eating well, getting enough protein, complex carbs, healthy fats, supplements, sleep, and timed everything well, you might surprise yourself with how well you turn out...and if you then take your clean diet and add a cycle or two (in a few months) you'll be even better off

                        in general, try to stay away from backing yourself into a corner diet- and physique-wise, and ending up in a position where you're reaching for the juice because you know it'll save you; you shouldn't need to be "saved" here

                              Damn, noone ever lifts weights and eats 6-8 meals anymore?

                              You can gain on protein and lots of food alone, the gear should be a tool or last resort..
