you can they'll shut down your estrogen process. Its good to not run them from 2-3 months cause then it drops down your the estrogen production to zero.

I wouldn't use an anti-aromotase all year. you will kill your cholesterol...I would use a SERM though (preferrably Novaldex).

what if high cholestrol runs in the family would it still be a problem
