  • What type of gains can I expect?

    I am starting a new cycle and wanted anyones feedback on what type of gains I can expect.
    My current stats; 6'1" 235lbs
    12% BF
    Sustanon 1000mg wk
    EQ 600mg wk
    Winny 75mg ED

    I'll run the EQ at 800mg for 3 wks. (front load)then down to 600mg)
    Start sustanon on wk 4 and run for 10 wks
    winny start on wk 4 and run 8wks

    Be careful with the winny. just my personal experience, it will hurt some of your gains from the other two because it drys you out. If I am reading right you are running a 14 wk cycle. If it were me I would start the winny on wk 11 and run 5 wks then start pct. You will still have sust and eq in your system for two weeks after your last shot. The winny is short lived, so I would run it for two weeks after my last sust and eq shot

    example

    EQ wk 1-14
    sust wk 4-14
    winny wk 11-16
    start pct wk 17

    just my opinion

      Would I be better off on just the EQ and sus. Followed with pct of hcg, nolv, clomid?

        I also plan on taking in about 400G protien, 35g fat and 600 carbs per day B12 inj. as well

              depends on how you diet, that cycle could be used for mass or cuts.

                I just assumed in my first reply that you have done several cycles before, by the doses you are taking. If you have not, then that is way too much stuff. Even if you have, it is a pretty heavy cycle. What is your goal? bulk or cut?

                  I'm suprised no one has said anything about this yet. Protein and Carbs are probably fine, but you need a lot more fat in your diet. 35g's is not much at all...

                    My goal is a bodywieght of around 265lb. With same or less BF. This will be my 4th cycle.
                    Would dbol be better than the winny.?
