    It has been close to 3 years sense my last cycle. I have been no stranger to the gym though. I am planning on doing a new cycle in a couple weeks when I start another 8 weeks of dual factor hypertrophy training. My main goals are to loose some bf and gain a little quality muscle(more importantly to maintain what I have). My diet is very clean, but I am going to up the intake somewhat(in a good way)


    Stats: 6’-1” 280lb bf% 17% (ya it is a little high)

    I am not, or are ever going to be, a pretty boy body builder. I lift and train for size and strength. I stretch everyday to keep my martial arts training from suffering. Here is what I am planning.

    Weeks 1-4 50mg winny ed
    Weeks 1-12 500mg test
    Weeks 1-2 800mg eq
    Weeks 3-12 400mg eq
    Weeks 8-12 50mg winny ed

    A Post cycle regiment will be in place.

    What are your opinions or suggestions. All are welcome.

    If your looking for strength and size I'd ditch the winny and eq. I would look at tren or masteron and anavar as an oral.

    weeks 1-10 500mg test
    weeks 1-10 tren 75mg ed
    weeks 1-10 masteron 50mg ed
    weeks 1-10 anavar 50mg ed

      i think you may be better off to diet and use this as a cutting cycle, just my opinion though. your martial arts training would be better served if you dropped a little body fat. just wanted to say that, but i'll give my opinion on the rest at face value.

      i would keep the dose the same, but stretch it to 6 weeks and place it at the end of your cycle. 4 weeks is good, but i would go a couple more to make it great. 6 weeks is totally reasonable for winny...

      if you want something to jump start your cycle, try dbol at 35mg ed for the first 3-4 weeks


      Weeks 1-12 500mg test
      this looks good.


      Weeks 1-2 800mg eq
      Weeks 3-12 400mg eq
      run it at 600 for the duration.


      Weeks 8-12 50mg winny ed

        Thanks for all the input.

        Here is my new plan of attack

        Week’s 1-4 50mg Winny ED (this is the best way of kicking off a cycle without the bloat of dbol and a-bombs that I Know of, personal experience)

        Week’s 1-12 500mg Test Enathate
        Week’s 1-12 400mg EQ
        Weeks 9-14 50mg Winny ED (this is 6 weeks if you do the math correctly) two weeks longer than the Test and EQ to match the half-life’s better.

        A Post cycle regiment will be in place.

        My main goal is not to gain a massive amount of muscle on this go-round. I want to maintain what I have and maybe even bump up in strength and hardness while loosing fat. That is why I am only going to increase my caloric intake slightly( like 15%).

        This is not a diet, It is an experiment to try to loose fat, maintain or even gain a little muscle while on a mild cycle. I forgot to mention cardio frequency and duration will be increased as well.

        I am not wanting to you guys to revamp my approach, just give an educated opinion, or possible other solution to my thoughts.

          We're about the same size and I know exactly what you are trying to do

          In my expirence, the best things to use while attempting to drop Bf, but harden with the help of AAS, is to keep it as simple as possible, which you are doing...I would have personally suggested a combo of just prop and fina, combined with a high protein, high fat diet, I can get by with 2k caloories day and still loose weight and preserve muscle density

          Only thing I would sugges really is to circuit train, the addition of that plus cardio, will get you tor your goals a helluva lot quicker

              Sounds like an option. Are you thinking somewhere in the area of 50-100mg Prop ED and 50-100mg Tren ED?

              Only thing I would sugges really is to circuit train
              Are you suggesting upping the tempo of my hypertrophy training, or doing a circuit? This gives me something else to ponder.
