I am starting a cycle of Cypionate, 2cc every 4 days for 8 weeks, can anyone tell me the proper time to start with HCG and Nolva? I figure Nolva on hand for any gyno or other sides during, then wait roughly 2 weeks for the HCG at 1 shot every two days for 2 weeks while taking Nolva at one pill/day for the duration of the HCG plus 2 weeks following. Do I have the right idea? I have done a cycle before, but had a hard time keeping my gains. Any help would be great.

Well, I don't like any cycle that is less than 10 weeks. In fact I think 12 should really be the minimum, especially since you're using a long ester. But your question is about pct so, I'd do 5000iu hcg the first week (3 weeks after your last test shot), 5000 the second week, and 2500 the third. Run nolva at 20 mg a day for 8 weeks, starting the same week you start the hcg. Also, some tribulus will help a little too.

agree with you shibby. It was probably whoever he got the gear from gave him the advice. Snowshark is this your 1st cycle? How many mg/ml is the cyp? what control said is true, if you are going to run a long-ester like cyp you need at least 10 weeks. Try asking a few more questions and reading up some more. Give us some more info so we can help you. don't waist your money, get your facts first. Don't learn the hard way like i did when i started, trial and error. First of all, I suggest that you extend your cycle to 10 weeks.
Here's what I recommend for holding your gains as much as possible:
1. Do the PCT outlined -> HERE <-, beginning a week after your last shot.
2. As you progress to the post-HCG part of the PCT, add an extra rest day or two into your training split, and cut down your set volume if you have been using high-volume workouts.
3. Keep eating as if you were on-cycle!!! Keep both protein and overall calories high!
4. Use a good post-workout drink like CellMass.
5. Hop on a high-quality tribulis product after PCT.

Great advice, especially #3. I don't personally use clomid, but I know alot of bros say it helps.

I've been using Propecia for years, and haven't noticed a problem with inhibited gains. Also, use Nizoral shampoo 2 or 3 times per week to block DHT in the scalp at the hair root.
As for your question about HCG, I suggest running it as I outlined in the link I posted earlier in this thread.
