I was reading something last night about SEO's helping you break through plateaus. Do people really use it for this, or is it just a thing that people use when they want to put extra size on really fast?
My arms have always been lagging, that's why I ask. They are very long, and its just hard for me to get sufficent size on them to look right when they are so long. I would consider it, but I really don't want to look like a Greg V; I just want to help jump my gains a little bit. Do you think that this is something that the pros are using; or is it really only something that the idiots are using that you see on here all the time (like that kid with 3" forearms and 26" bis!).
