    here is my winter cycle....

    weeks 1-3 & 10-13 test prop 100mg EOD
    weeks 1-10 EQ 600mg per week
    weeks 1-10 Test enanthate 750mg per week
    weeks 1-4 & 8-13 Tren 100mg EOD

    I will also be runnig Arimidex throughout with nolvs on hand.
    PCT will include HCG, Clomid and Clen. My diet :bbq: will be around the 5500 calories per day with about 70% being calories from Protien, 20% being from carbs and the last 10% will be from fats. My goal with this cycle to to put on some good lean size. Tell me what you guys think. Any critiquing :hmmm: would be greatly appriciated.

    P.S. MY stats are 5.9" 195 @ 11% and have about 6 cycles under my belt now.

    I'd like to see your 5500 cal diet that consists of 965g of protein / 275g carbs / 60g fat.............

      you figure the normal person can absorb a max (with the help of ginger root), 75 grams of protein per meal (or per hour), that's roughly 13 meals a day......

        Oh yea, I like the cycle but I have extended my typical cycles from 10 to 12 weeks. I would especially do that if EQ was a part of that cycle.

          I'm having a hard time figuring out what you meant by this. You're not actually condoning a diet consisting of 1000g of protein a day are you?

            Not only am I NOT condoning it, but I'm showing how it would be very very unlikely to achieve. Yes, I do agree, that much protein would actually be hazardous to someones health.

              ran a cycle very similar to this and I went from 198-218. I was very satisfied with my results on this cycle. I was only getting 3500 calories a day and it worked for me. About the only difference I had was that I used nolvadex if I saw gyno. I did not use arimidex.

                Sorry I guess I did not read my own post before I posted it. That amount of protien is rediculous. I would try to consume around 400 grams of protien per day. I do want to keep my diet consisting of mostly protien but it is probably impossible to eat 5500 calories and have 70% of that be protien. I will rework my diet expectations and post them on the nutrition side. Sorry for any confusion. ECTO

                      Sounds good - I guess I was just having a hard time figuring your post out. I thought that you were trying to rationalize it - saying that all he had to do was figure out a way to eat 75g of protein 13 times a day and PRESTO he's good to go...
