They don’t work people. Most of them are diuretics and salts, in other words things that screw with your electrolytes. This can be a dangerous practice and can lead to heart problems. And it doesn’t do anything other then dilute your urine for a while. You can do that with glycerol (glycerin) for hundredth of the cost. And now days diluted urine can be detected and in some cases considered as an altered sample.
The main reason these don’t work is simple, most steroid tests are not for the actual steroid but for the metabolites left by them. Nandrolone is famous for this, NPP can be detected for almost as long as nand deca despite the latter having a half life 4 times as long. Additionally almost all steroids are processed by the liver (doesn’t meant that they are toxic), not the kidneys. Flush all you want the liver isn’t going to process the steroids any faster then if you were not screwing with your fluids.
If your going to be tested the only safe bet is to be clean, that is not to use the steroids. If you want to take the gamble that is on you but unless you have a shitload of money and can have custom made hormones your more likely to be caught then not.
