  • HRT? deca

i have a friend that is 43yr old and is wanting to do a lil bit of test i told him 200mgs test E every 10 days. but the question is his joints hurt him just playin golf and wanted to know what could help that. im guessin deca could help but i dont realy know. if it could help at what range would you use? he does not lift weights just wants to feel better. any help would be cool thanks.

I would not suggest AAS at all for someone who does not work out, etc. Long term, it could hurt more than it helps.

Joint support like Chondroitin etc. Would be a better choice.

I have been given deca before by the doc but that was for a very bad back problem. and then it was 200mg every two weeks. but if what he is wanting is HRT then send him to the doc, no reason to risk steriods. Also I agree with spidey that some joint sups should be his first stop

Also there wasn't alot of reviews on it, but the ones that use it were happy. But Adequan seemed to be good.

They almost always come together in the same supplement at a ratio of 5 (glucosamine) to 4 (chondroitin).

YOu can buy glucosamine/chondroitin at your local drugstore or wallmart.

Adequan was mentioned. I had good results with it but it does hurt like a bitch to inject. My mother had a bad reaction to it and bruised up for like a month. She said it did make her knees feel better though.
