    I'm thinking about a cutting cycle in the future, specifically Fina and Winny, and was wondering how much test prop I should use.

    What would the difference be result-wise between using a maintenance dose of test and using a typical 50-100mg ED/EOD dose?

    I am thinking not that much. 30mg of prop a day would prob do what you want if your not running too much fina. I myself don't rec or use winny due to the health considerations (too hard on your joints when there already stressed). and there are other options, tbol being one that is gaining popularity. Also a very good and simple cutting cycle is to run fina and proviron. the latter takes care of the fina dick and will help you harden somewhat while being much easier on your liver then the winny.

    If you don't mind the sides another often overlooked drug for cutting is dbol. most people never think of it that way due to the water retention but dbol is almost as anticarbolic as the fina. combining the two in moderate dosage is a wicked cutting cycle but be sure to run a strong AI and careful diet if you want to avoid the water retention.

      50mg EOD of prop is sufficient for cutting. I have run that low a dose with var and felt great. As skye said tho, you might want to run more if you're running a high dose of tren.

        Test prop 50-150mg EOD.

              I think the question was what the min he could run was, I used 30 because that was 210mg a week but I may have read this wrong

                yes...due to many factors like stats,diet,goals,experience...doses can vary quite drastically from athlete to athlete.

                  I'm going to go with 50mg ED and see how it works. If sides become a problem I'll lower it to a maintenance dose.

                    I wouldn't use winny unless it's pre-contest. I like the tren/proviron idea...

                      I decided to substitute the Winstrol with Anavar. So here's what my cycle will look like:

                      weeks 1-6, test prop @ 50mg ED
                      weeks 1-6, tren ace @ 50mg ED
                      weeks 1-6, oxandrolone @ 50mg ED
                      weeks 4-6, hCG @ 500iu EOD

                      Followed by PCT with Nolvadex and Clomid.

                      One thing I am wondering about is diet; I always hear people telling about how great test/tren is with regards to body recomposition, but noone ever talks about what kind of diet they followed.

                      I was thinking of eating at maintenance calories @ 40/40/20 and doing cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach and immediately following lifting. Would something like that be able to add a few pounds of LBM while reducing body fat? Would I need to add T3/Clenbuterol?

                        Thats on the exspensive side but a lot of people swear by it. I would drop the clomid though. and maybe take this to 8 weeks (var is not to bad on the liver)

                          How about the diet? Would maintenance calories combined with lots of low intensity cardio allow me to add LBM while losing fat? Would I need to add in T3/Clen?
