  • 2nd cycle need help

    Ok so im new to the board. Im 25 about 510 and weigh in at 204 right now. Ok stats but too much fat like 18%bf. My diet is alot better now. Trying to get about 350g of protein a day with about a 4000 calorie diet. low fat high fiber and try to keep fat levels low. My workouts are hard long and involve low rep high weight with 30mins of cardio after workouts on mon wed fri and sun to try and cut down some fat. usually do a walk run sprint intervals.
    My first cycle was test e. Kept it low one inject a week so that my body could get used to it. Pct was aremidex and clomid that started 3 days after my last inject. I put on about 10lbs and im ready to start my second cycle but trying to do this the right way this time. My second cycle im trying to stack a test and dbol. From what ive researched i hear alot of ppl say prop/dbol/deca but im not trying to have deca in i think it will be too much for my body on my second cycle. I need to know what test i should stack wit the dbol(to help get me over pyramid and get some strength gains). If you could please tell me why a certain test will be better with dbol or if i should use a alternative to dbol. Thanks guys

    first you messed up last cycle of test E your pct should be a least 2 weeks after last inj. not 3 days. do a search on PCT you can learn the different half lives of drugs and proper does ect. for your new cycle it dosnt matter what test you choose test is test. im gussing your bulkin so i would use test E it is injected less than prop and has a mg (usally) than test C. your right second cycle no need for 3 different componds. good luck and welcome to SM. read the rules and use the search button.

      To add to Rocket, we don't know how much one inject a week is unless you tell us how many mg/ml the test you have is/was.

      Tell us more about your workout and what you mean by a hard long workout.

          We could all post you a great 2 cycle but if you dont understand the diffrences in test and understand why you dont start your pct until 2-3 weeks after instead of two days, then we didnt really help you any.

          Test suspension and Test prop are faster acting, more so than cypionate and enanthate. Enanthate and cypionate are used more frequently than the other two types in bulking. That is why it would be the better choice in your case. You can also look in Anabolic Profiles forum and it will take you a little bit more indepth into these types of test. I would explain the pct but there are many threads and post all over the board covering this, so just do a search and if you dont find anything helpful come back and ask and i will post it for you.             my workouts are normally monday chest 15-18 sets mainly low rep high weight except on flys so i get a lil definition. right now i normally do my workup and then pyramid up from about 155-255 for 5 reps. trying to get higher. Monday is also tricep day. Tuesday i do back and bi's. wed is day off thursday i do sholders and legs. friday is just an arm day. and i do my abs and cardio mond wed fri and sunday as well as my hyper extensions and lower back on sundays. chest is the only thing i really do the 5 set workout on. everything else is a 20rep warmup then 12-10-8-6-burnout. there are certain excersices that i do more reps on for definition like my flys shrugs curls etc but for the main part its normally high weight low rep

              You aren't answering the questions bro.
              How much did you run on your first cycles, and from your posts it seems as if you are only following select people's advice, without having even a rudimentary understanding of what you are running.
