My first cycle really got to me when I came off. I felt like I couldn't even workout in the gym without it. You lose that drive that you have (that "hell yeah I'm a bad motherfucker!!!") And you feel small and weak compared to everyone you see even though you might be bigger. Makes you feel like a pussy. The second cycle I did wasn't that bad because I had already prepared myself for the come-off. I told myself yeah I might lose a little of my gains but I didn't let it fuck with me. It actually makes me feel stronger and more superior comming off cycles now. You just have to have your mind set that the gear is not there to help you get big, "YOU" can only make yourself big!

Coming off cycles to me is a different challenge in itself which I actually look forward to just as much as I do going on a cycle. The reason I'm that way is because I lose all the water retention and cut up. Plus I feel good when I acomplish gains by myself without that extra boost.

        Mind over matter..

I always have this problem, and especially after my first cycle. I always think dudes are bigger and stronger than me even though I'm usually one of the biggest guys in the gym. I use that to my advantage now- It just means I have to train harder and be more dedicated to overcome these obstacles. Everyone gets depressed when they realize they can be doing better; you just have to realize that it's your potential that's bugging you.

You have to constantly remind yourself who you are doing this all for. Keep your short and long term goals in mind and not compete with everyone that comes in the gym with the slightest bit of muscle. If don't stay focused on competing with yourself, you will always fall short of the others who do.

Also think about this. If you feel that everything falls apart when you come off, what is your primary gym tool? Sudenly the food and good training becomes nothing without AS? Why is that?

                      two excellent post shibby

jw, losing 10 lbs. which was probably water and gaining back 6 lbs. pretty quick is actually and excellent cycle, either way, yeah, like most stuff don't really know till you get there, the mental part is tough, doesn't sound like major depression, more of a let down from feeling so good all the time and really feeling the differnce

glad to hear life is much better, was thinking about how you were doing today when i got on the net

fyi, all, in florida and have been for last month, moving my 93 yr. old granny to texas, lots and lots and cleaning and fixing of the house, plus cooking and running errands, etc. and taking care of my mom
